Case study · Real estate

A brand of her own for Arcadian Realty

Deborah was building her own real estate team in Oakville and Burlington, Ontario. She needed a website that carried the Arcadian name instead of a standard brokerage page.

The starting point

Where it started

The site she had was the standard agent page supplied by her brokerage. It listed properties, but it looked like every other agent's page and said nothing about the team she was putting together.

The goal was simple to state: a website that belongs to Arcadian Realty, shows the people behind it, and makes it easy for buyers and sellers to take the next step.

What we built

01

A site built around the brand

The Arcadian logo, colours and photography lead every page, so the team is recognizable from the first screen.

02

Listings that stay current

Homes for sale and recently sold or leased properties come from the MLS feed and appear on the site without anyone re-entering them.

03

Tools for buyers and sellers

A property search under the headline, a home value request, a mortgage calculator, school lookup and neighbourhood guides.

Today
